the location is very convenient. i could easily walk to various attractions and public transportation. the room was a good size (i was in a beautiful double or twin room) and well equipped. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially with directions.

the carpet in the hallway looked a little dated.

the housekeeping team worked well together. ms. lin ye rong responded quickly to a water spill, changing all linens without hassle. dhanasri remembered my bedding preference, a nice touch. marilen delivered fresh towels on non-service days. the self-service cabinet with coffee, tea, and tissues was convenient. the 24/7 self-service laundry had a washer, dryer, and steam iron.

i noticed a slight smell in the corridors going to the pool.
